I have asked customer support for help. One of them took my info and has stated they would do something in order to verify my account, but in that time, nothing has happened and I am still unable to access it.

your app should have worked in english even though someone residing in non english country like japan. when i setting my location to japan it automatically turned to japanese which is very irritating for a person who doesnt know japanese
