Cannot place orders, make payments, and feedback receives no replies. There is no email to Customer Service. Basically, it is a badly programmed app.

Bonjour j'ai effectué un achat de 1330 yuans avec comme mode de paiement carte visa malheureusement le produit était en rupture de stock et le vendeur m'a dit de faire une demande de remboursement, je l'ai fait et le remboursement a été réussi de 1330 yuans sauf que dans ma carte visa cette somme n'ai jamais retourné, ça fait deux jours que mon compte est toujours vide

Jai un compte vérifié mais le saffiche en permanence que jai un problème de réseau, alors que je nai pas de problème de connexion. Jaimerais savoir quel est la solution

My Taobao account was hacked a month ago and I thought all hope was lost when I read that customer support is horrible. I sent in an inquiry form and received a callback from the Australian contact number a day later (I kept missing the calls due to the holiday celebrations but they continued to callback everyday!).

The customer service person was fluent in English but had a Chinese accent.

They helped me remove the hacker's Alipay account and mobile authentication and I was able to reclaim my account with ease. I'm very grateful!

My order has been in the same place for 8 days. On the tracking status, it said something about a scan code sign, but I dont think there is any QR code or anything I could work with on my Taobao.

Is there something I should do to fix it? Very disappointed with the company. Lazada need proof from them that they only packed 45 pcs of the underpads instead of 200 pcs.

They kept on repeating the messages to go to Lazada platform to submit claim. They also said that the live agent will contact me but no one did.

I have been senxing all the proof to them but they just ignored them

I have not actually used Tabao before. I only tried opening and my number got blocked.

I am sure it was a mistake on my part. I am respectfully asking customer service to help remedy the situation so I can start to use Tabao.
